We accept secure payments through Shopify-supported gateways including major credit cards, digital wallets, and alternative payment methods.

Discount codes:

  • Cannot be combined
  • May be region-specific
    (e.g., “Holiday Sale AU” applies only to orders shipping within Australia)

All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.


C. Shipping

Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates listed on our site are approximate. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other external factors.

Packages refused or undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address) will be refunded once returned to our warehouse, minus all shipping, return costs, and applicable duties/taxes.

E. Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are:

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

F. Warranty

Our jewelry is crafted with premium materials. Migalva guarantees jewelry against manufacturing defects for 6 Months from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Unauthorized repairs

Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or auction sites are not covered.
