At Migalva, we aim to make your entire shopping experience — from checkout to delivery — as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below you’ll find all details on how we ship, how long delivery takes, and how returns work.

Where We Ship
- Migalva ships worldwide, including:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Europe: United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, Netherlands, and more
- Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.
- Where Orders Ship From
Depending on your location, your order may ship from:
- Our Sweden warehouse (EU & UK orders)
- Our Hong Kong warehouse (International orders)
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Costs
We offer:
- Free shipping on orders above $250 USD (varies by destination; final amount shown at checkout)
- A standard shipping fee for orders under the free-shipping threshold
Your final cost will appear before payment.
Duties & Taxes
- In some regions, taxes are already included in the product price.
- In others, duties/taxes may be calculated at checkout or collected upon delivery.
- Migalva does not add hidden fees beyond what is shown during checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on destination and courier performance. Most orders arrive within:
- United States: 4–12 business days
- Europe (including UK): 4–12 business days
- Asia: 3–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 4–12 business days
- Other regions: 5–12 business days
A tracking number will be emailed once your package leaves our warehouse.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Customs, weather events, and courier delays may impact final delivery windows.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer oversight, the order will be refunded minus:
- Outbound shipping
- Return shipping costs (if applicable)
- Any duties or taxes charged during return
Returns
Return Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original Migalva packaging
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Used or worn items
Shipping fees (if applied) are non-refundable.
Holiday Return Window
Orders placed between November 15 and December 14 qualify for an extended return period until January 15 of the following year.
Return Methods
United States, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong
You may choose between:
- Ship your return yourself using any carrier (at your expense), or
- Request a Migalva return label, with a flat $15 USD (or local equivalent) deducted from your refund.
- Other Countries
- Customers outside the regions above must send returns to our Hong Kong warehouse at their own cost.
- We recommend using a tracked service to prevent loss during transit.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until signed for by our warehouse.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please:
- Initiate a return for the original product
- Place a new order for the desired item
